License Agreements

All of our documents are intended to be modified for use in the development of project management documents. However, you must agree to abide by the following terms & conditions:

Authorised Use
You may use our documents to create “derivative works”. You may develop copy and distribute the derivative works for non-commercial purposes, subject to the Unauthorised Use clause below.

Unauthorised Use
You are not authorised to use any of the content or design of our documents for re-sale, hire, lease, sub-license, or distribution in any way. You shall not compete with Project-Documents.com in any way, and / or deprive Project-Documents.com of revenue.

Single User License
Our product is licensed to be installed on one computer and for use by one individual. Each individual who installs our product or uses our templates must purchase a license. If you wish to purchase multiple user licenses, please contact us.

Ownership
You may not claim intellectual property rights to any of our documents. All rights, including copyright, in the content of these web pages and templates are owned or controlled for these purposes by Project-Documents.com.

Our documents do not include a warranty of any kind, either expressed or implied. In no event shall Project-Documents.com be liable for any damages including, but not limited to, direct, indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages or other losses arising out of the use of or inability to use our products.
